Hygiene is extremely high when handling your goods, mask and gloves are worn on postal runs. Hand washing is done on a regular basis whilst handling goods. Please ensure you wash your clothing prior to it being worn. This is so important, all orders come with washing instructions. Please adhere to these. Also take care of disposing the postal boxes immediately. Our boxes are recyclable, please dispose of and wash your hands after handling.Hygiene is crucial at every stage at this point to ensure couriers and businesses can operate safely. Our stock has been affected due to numerous stockists closing up, our website is now adapted to show available products. Stay safe everyone, stay strong.

TURNAROUND

​

Our items are split into two different categories, orders including clothing and then all other items.

​

In relation to clothing, bedding and hangers current turn around time is 2 weeks. Loungewear, up to three weeks. Any other items including home decor up to 4 weeks.

 

DELIVERY

All items are handmade to order within our specified turn around. Should there be a delay in your order we would contact you personally. If you need to receive your item by a specific date please contact us directly (nylahs_crafts@outlook.com) before purchasing to ensure that it is possible.

Delivery includes two options which are specified upon checkout including there approximate delivery times.

All items are sent using Royal Mail and are always well-protected within appropriate packaging. Please be aware that once your item has been handed to Royal Mail we cannot control the speed at which it is delivered.
